We provide couple and family counseling, including parenting training and reunification therapy, as well as life skills coaching, in the South King County area of Washington State.
Our office is on Talbot Road, a block south of Valley Medical Center and a mile east of Ikea.
We specialize in couples counseling, financial struggles, adolescent transitions to adulthood, and family systems.

She is the author of a several books on family concerns: education, marriage, relationships, family financial planning and investing, and religion.
Her undergraduate work was a combined degree in Family Counseling and Financial Planning. She also holds a Law degree, and earned her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University, a COAMFTE-accredited MFT program.
She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and is a long-time volunteer at the Recovery Help Line of the Seattle Crisis Clinic.
She and her husband Dan Post are the parents of five sons, two daughters, and three absolutely perfect daughters-in-law. They are also the very proud grandparents of three beautiful granddaughters.
